Moving with the principle of good grapes, the right technology, and the commitment to producing fine wines, we oversee every step from seedling selection to planting, grape cultivation to harvest, wine making to storage within our own facilities. This entire production journey, blending passion with knowledge, tradition with technology, and nature with science in balanced harmony, has been a journey from dream to achieving high-quality products.
Our Grapes
In our vineyards, we cultivate Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese grapes.
The vine types were carefully selected from among 600 clones to best suit the climate and soil conditions of our vineyard. They were purchased from Italy, certified with European Quality Standards.
With meticulous care, we planted these selected vines using automated laser technology, achieving a success rate of 98%. Our agricultural activities are conducted under the framework of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), emphasizing naturalness and sustainability principles.
The ripening process of the grapes is continuously monitored through scientific analysis, ensuring healthy growth and facilitating the determination of the optimal time for harvest.
The proximity of our winery to the vineyards, just 6 km away, facilitates continuous oversight and control.

All our wines originate from single vineyards; they are exclusively produced from grapes we cultivate ourselves.
The fermentation process is closely monitored by experts and supported by computer systems, ensuring quality control and documented digitally.
Our wines mature in French oak barrels.
Their content, characteristics, and compliance with international standards are certified through scientific methods.
Our goal is to have the quality and flavors of our wines recognized nationally and internationally in the near future.
